Andreas Strandbygaard comes from a managerial position at Netcompany and will join Globeteam on 1 February.<\/p><p>Before working at Netcompany, Andreas Strandbygaard was with consultancy firm Accenture for an extended period. He has a Master\u2019s degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen.<\/p><p>The appointment means that Andreas Strandbygaard joins the management at Globeteam which also includes CEO Claus Moldow and Project Manager Morten Strunge Nielsen, the firm\u2019s two founders.<\/p><p>\u201cWe\u2019re setting up this new organisation as a result of the launch of a growth strategy in the Nordics. This means that I\u2019ll be focusing my efforts on supporting the strategy on a more general level. For this reason, I\u2019m incredibly pleased that we have been able to attract a resource like Andreas Strandbygaard. He\u2019s quite simply the perfect match,\u201d says Claus Moldow.<\/p><p>The new managing director is also looking forward to getting started in his new role.<\/p><p>\u201cI\u2019ve followed Globeteam from the sidelines in recent years. Consultants receive a significant amount of the revenue that they themselves generate while also being able to enjoy the strong professional and social network that Globeteam has to offer.<\/p><p>Over the years, this unique business model has ensured that Globeteam has been able to attract some of the best IT and business consultants in the industry.<\/p><p>Globeteam\u2019s main shareholder is Norvestor, which is a leading Nordic private equity firm focusing on the mid-market segment.<\/p><p>Norvestor has offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen and Luxembourg. Norvestor seeks to invest in medium-sized growth enterprises in the Nordic market, enterprises that have the potential to achieve a leading Nordic or international position, usually through organic growth, acquisitions across fragmented industries and geographical expansion.<\/p><p>In addition to Norvestor, Globeteam\u2019s shareholders include family-owned Kirk Kapital, the investment company owned by the Kirk Johansen family.
